About Margaret "Margo"

Margo Peric brings nearly two decades of experience in residential, commercial, land development, and business sales. As both a REALTOR® and real estate investor, she helps clients identify opportunity, build wealth, and make confident, informed decisions.

Independently, Margo has successfully sold over 125 properties and has also worked on a high-performing real estate team that consistently closed more than 100 properties annually. In addition, she has managed over a dozen lease transactions, giving her valuable experience in both sales and property leasing.

Raised in a family of builders and rooted in first-generation Polish-American values, Margo approaches real estate with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a long-term mindset. She also holds a Real Estate Law Paralegal Diploma from Ashworth College, adding valuable legal insight and attention to detail to every transaction.
