Hi, I'm Brooke Sines, Broker with REMAX of Grand Rapids and founder of Grand Allure Home Group.

I've been blessed to build a business that allows me to do what I love most: help people through some of life's biggest transitions while building meaningful relationships that last long after the closing table.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to help hundreds of families buy, sell, invest, relocate, and build wealth through real estate throughout West Michigan. My business has grown largely through referrals, repeat clients, and the trust of other agents who confidently refer their clients to me when they need someone who will communicate well, follow through, and treat their clients like family.

In addition to serving clients, I'm a real estate coach with Workman Success Systems, where I mentor agents across the country on leadership, systems, growth, and client experience. I believe there is always something new to learn, which is why I remain actively involved with top-producing REMAX leaders and mastermind groups throughout North America.

While I love real estate, my most important role is being a wife and mom. My husband Jason and I have two amazing children who keep us busy with sports, school activities, and family adventures. We have been fortunate to travel to all 50 states together, and those experiences have reinforced my belief that home is about much more than a property. It's where life's most meaningful moments happen.
